There no fixed rule. I advise people to find a quiet moment to perform the exercises, possibly with relaxing music in the background (doing them against the clock only produces stress).

Postural exercises carried out as a means of prevention is always to be considered an investment for one’s health. It improves the mobility of the joints, muscle lengthening and aids relaxation.
5. How long should the period of maintenance last?
After many tests, I have observed that people who carry out the exercises at home at least twice a week as an “enjoyable weekly appointment” tend to consolidate and improve the condition achieved.
6. It is advisable to warm up before beginning the exercise?
It is possible to do the exercises without warming up, however, 10/15 minutes of warm up on a cycle or running machine improve muscle lengthening.
7. What should people do if, in the morning, they still feel muscular stiffness in the lumbar area, in spite of having performed the maintenance exercises twice a week?
In this cases it is advisable to perform the first 4 “green” exercises after getting up.
