Methods of delivery
In Europe:
- Priority Post: delivery within 5/6 working days from payment.
- Registered Post: delivery within 7/8 working days from payment.
America and Asia:
- Priority Post : Times of delivery variable depending on the destination location
- Registered Post: Times of delivery variable depending on the destination location
Right of renouncement
Information according to Lgs.D. no. 185/99: Purchases made on this site which take place outside commercial locations are covered by Lgs.D. no. 185 of 22ND May 1999 which allows the possibility of the consumer to exercise the right of renouncement within 10 working days from receipt of the goods by means of a registered letter. On receipt of the goods and having verified their good condition we will undertake as soon as possible to credit the customer with the cost of returned products, deducting the costs of delivery and return which are charged to the customer. The right of renouncement is totally declined if damage to the product is verified ( breakage, scratches, tampering) in this case, we will undertake to return the goods to the sender charging the return expenses. Customers with Partita iva ( VAT number) who purchase the goods may not exercise the right of renouncement.
